From the Greenwood Cemetery Foundation of Tuskegee, Inc.
The Greenwood Cemetery Foundation of Tuskegee, Inc. is dedicated to preserving the hallowed grounds and rich history of the Greenwood Cemetery.
To this end, we aim to:
- Become more creative in methods to extend our support
- Reach out with open arms to new and creative supporters
- Openly receive new partners and accept their suggestions for improvement
Plans for enhancing the grounds of Greenwood Cemetery include:
- Expansion of the cemetery grounds to support community needs
- Begin the process for historic site designation
- Continue partnering with the Tuskegee University Integrative Biosciences PhD Program students
- Seek creative sources for secured funding

- Sandblast cleaning of family sites
- Coping installation around sites
